At KNOW PHANTASY, every piece is created with intention. All products on our store are offered as preorders, allowing you to reserve your item before production and fulfillment are complete.By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

What Is a Preorder?

A preorder is an advance purchase for an item that is not yet ready to ship. Your preorder secures your piece from the upcoming production run before inventory becomes publicly available.

Order Confirmation

Once your preorder is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order details. Please review this confirmation and contact us right away if anything needs correction.

Shipping Date

All preorder orders will ship no later than September 1, 2026. We are committed to fulfilling all preorder items by this date. If an unforeseen production or shipping issue arises that could affect your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout with an update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. KNOW PHANTASY is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time your preorder is placed. Your purchase reserves your item and allows us to prepare production and fulfillment accordingly.

Final Sale Policy

ALL PREORDER SALES ARE FINAL.Because preorder items are reserved specifically for each customer:

• Preorders cannot be canceled after they are placed.
  
• No refunds will be issued for preorder purchases.
  
• Preorder items cannot be exchanged before shipment.
  

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the preorder timeline and agree to these terms.

Sizing Exchange Accommodation

While all preorder sales are final, we understand sizing can be difficult to gauge in advance. If your item does not fit as expected and is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with no damage or defects, we will do our best to accommodate a size exchange based on available inventory. Size exchanges are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request one.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review these cases individually to determine an appropriate resolution.
