Domestic Shipping

• All orders ship from New Jersey and are processed within 1–2 business days (orders before 2 PM EST ship the same day).

• Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days; delays due to courier issues may occur.

International Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically deliver in 7–14 business days.

• Prices are pre-tax; buyers are responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Express Shipping

• Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Returns & Refunds

• All products are sold “as is” and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable—except:

 – Damaged Items: Report within 5 days (with photos and receipt) for a possible replacement, store credit, or refund (return shipping is excluded).

 – Incorrect Orders: Report wrong color, size, or item within 5 days. Customized items are final.

 – EU Consumer Rights: If applicable, eligible orders may be canceled within 14 days (buyer bears return shipping).

 – If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal by the carrier, your order may be canceled and refunded minus shipping, duties, and a 5% restocking fee.
